It deserves its 2 stars. Decent base for a trip in Ha Long! Thanks to their receptionist for the help. You can ask for extra towels too. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

Accommodation was superior and very clean, rooms were large. Appreciated that a heating system, a flat-screen television and a sitting area were included. In addition, free Wi-Fi was provided. Great place for exploring Ha Long.
